MJ Lenderman/Waxahatchee, The Met, Philadelphia, PA 4/18/2026

It was a quiet show at The Met with Katie Crutchfield and MJ Lenderman. There were cheers from the crowd but no heckling. The whole night was a sort of soft singalong, that came to a head during the final song of the main set, Right Back To It.” It was moving, the way a whole theatre can come together like a choir. The set featured some Waxahatchee classics, plus new original songs from Lenderman and a handful of covers. Crutchfield and Lenderman were joined by Colin Croom on guitar, keys, and lap steel, and Philadelphia’s own Cole Berggren on keys.
